Walid's Wanderings

Reflections on life, good-and-evil, family, humanity, and anything else that occurs to me, usually when I travel. Right now I am on a 6-year trip through Lebanon, the homeland I had never really lived in before.

More derivative work

That is to have succeeded.
Yeah, and then what, stop trying? No thanks, I'll stick to Kipling.

Walid! Just because one succeeds once it doesnt mean that one should stop. You went to MIT by Gods sakes! If there is ever a place where people keep trying and trying in spite of (or impelled by?) previous successes it is in this place.

For all his funny names, Emmerson was no idiot. :)

    Hi
You seem to agree with me - and my argument is that Emerson does not seem to. Hence my reference to Kipling.
